AION – Short Queue

September 25th, 2009

Currently we are experiencing a short queue for large AION orders, due to the high volume of power leveling orders. Our priority system at this time is:

Short orders: (No wait to 6 Hours)
Short orders are anything that can be completed within 36 hours.

Medium orders: (up to 12 Hours)
Medium orders are anything that is going to take us a couple days up to a week to complete.

Large orders: (up to 48 hours)
Large orders are anything that is going to take us a week or more to complete. Due to the time it will take to complete your order, we should be able to make it up and still complete on time.

We think this is a fair system as it allows for short orders to be completed quickly and we should be able to complete larger orders within estimated time. Should you have any questions about our queue time or if you place an order and how long before it would start, please contact us.

AION Power Leveling (US) Prices Listed!

September 15th, 2009

AION (US) is just days away and we are bursting with excitement over the United States release and more World Firsts for the new game! I joined many of the hardcore World First Guilds on AION (China) just after release to learn the game and classes. If you haven’t played AION it’s got some great graphics, arcade style sounds and music combined with game play. The game has a combo system that will take a bit to get used too but I find it very exciting as I’m sure many of you will also.

The only major downside to the game that I found was is it’s a grinder and you’ll be spending countless hours hacking away. It’s also why there are so many bots and botters playing AION and hopefully NCSoft gets control of the botting for AION (US). At this time I haven’t heard of any AION (US) bots that work yet, but I’ll keep you posted on that situation.

For the past several weeks, I’ve been contacted by customers and competition asking for what our AION (US) prices will be. We are sorry for the delay on posting the prices but it has been strictly business. Since we are one of the few real hand leveling operations left, we pretty much set the market on hand leveling prices. So when new games are released and there is not a bot out yet, our competition turns to us to support and set pricing.

We haven’t released the pricing up till now because we did not want to create any price wars prior to release and have a stable market release. Give it about a month and hand leveling will be phased out as the bots become stable and you’ll see those dirt cheap bot prices.

So when you start to see AION (US) 1-50 Powerleveling for $300, you’ll know where to get real AION (US) Hand Powerleveling. :D

DDoS – Blocked

September 14th, 2009

Well as of the night of the 10th, we where able to fix our anti-DDoS system and get the filters working right. Since it was our first big attack since the addition of the new system, it had a lot of bugs to work out. But now we’ve been able to work through them and get the system functioning correctly.

Thanks everyone for your support through this time as we know it was really frustrating.

500 / 404 Error – PayPal / Google Checkout / Bugs – Fixed!

September 10th, 2009

We’ve had reports of customers unable to make purchases and receiving a 500 or 404 Error when trying to checkout. We are currently able to duplicate the issue and working to resolve the bug. Once the bug is fixed, we’ll post and let you know. In the mean time, please contact our Live Support staff or email us.

–Update–

We’ve fixed the bug and order processing is now back to normal. :D

Denial of Service attacks continues

September 10th, 2009

The attackers haven’t given up and continue to hit our firewall but we’ve been able to stop them there. We are now working on adding some country blocks and will be banning many countries from being able to access our site. This will help at preventing these attacks again in the feature.

Thanks everyone for your support and understanding during these times.

Day 2 of Denial of Service Attack

September 8th, 2009

Today you might have noticed our site offline for a couple of hours. That was due to another attempt at a Denial of Service attack. The past two days several of our competitors and us have been targeted by an unknown source in an attempt to interrupt service with our sites.

We understand this can be very inconvenient for our customers and we are very sorry about the interruptions. We have been working on our anti-dos system as it was filtering traffic very aggressively. Actually it was blocking more then it should have and that’s why you noticed our site was offline.

Our support staff that monitors our traffic and systems says everything should be back to normal. Thank you for your support and patients during this time.

Small Attack & DNS issues

September 7th, 2009

Earlier today there was a small denial of service attack on our site but only caused minor slowness and page refresh rates. We are sorry if this caused any interruption in your service.

In an unrelated event there are reports of customers unable to access our site and receiving errors that pages can not be loaded. This has been isolated to a DNS issue and one major note is that it seems to only affect Internet Explorer users. If you use Firefox or some other browser, our pages seem to load just fine.

We will continue to monitor the situation and report on any updates.

Internet Issues – Resolved

August 21st, 2009

All of our offices are running normally again and latency issues have been resolved. The queue for orders has been cleared and all new orders have been started. Thanks everyone for the support and understanding.

Internet Issues – Nearly Completely Resolved

August 20th, 2009

Majority of our power leveling offices have had their latency issues resolved or at least to a playable level. We are now starting to assign work to our offices and should have all queued orders started and back to normal operation within 24 hours.

Thanks everyone for your patients and understanding of the current situation.

Internet Issues Continued

August 19th, 2009

According to news reports the typhoon caused a multi break on the intercontinental lines between China and the United States. So that side of the world is only running at about 80% or so and this is creating serious latency “Lag” issues.

Some of our offices are not affected by the latency as much as others. Our priority is to complete all existing orders and we will assign new orders to our offices that are lest affect by latency. We are not sure on the repair time for this natural disaster but once repaired, we will post on our blog, so stay tuned!

Thanks
